Kristy comes to us from Hess Corporation, a global independent energy company that owns and operates
1,300 convenience stores on the East Coast and also operates as the largest Dunkin Donuts franchise in the country. In her role, she led the retail organization to leverage best-in-class consumer insights and analytics to drive product innovation and improve loyalty, traffic, sales and margins. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, as a partner in their Retail and Consumer Products Practice, working with dozens of leading retailers across the country.
Cunningham began her career at Price Waterhouse as a Principal in the Consulting practice focused on large- scale systems integration. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Kristy and her husband Tom have two kids, Michelle and Katie.
